Kawakawa is a native plant found in the New Zealand bush and is used to treat infections and reduce inflammation in various skin conditions such as psoriasis, eczema, dermatitis, acne, sunburn, insect bites, minor cuts, burns and chapped skin. 

Myristicin, one of two known bioactive molecules present in Kawakawa, is anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial. Diayangambin, another bioactive found in Kawakawa, exhibits anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressant properties, providing a natural way to resist infection. These properties are powerful at destroying infection and create an ideal climate for your skin to restore to a natural and healthy state.
